Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
Product in its Original Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories.
Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initial Contact: Send an email to service@ebikenn.com within 15 days of receiving the product.
Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Packaging and Shipping: Package the product securely and include your receipt or proof of purchase. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the same original payment method
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you return a product due to our error or because it is defective, we will refund the return shipping costs.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original product and make a new purchase.
