SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery times

Delivery times in the peninsula are 2 to 6 business days from receipt of payment for the order. These deadlines are approximate and depend on our logistics operators. In remote areas, delivery may be delayed by approximately one more day.
For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delivery times are 7 to 15 days because shipments are made by sea.
In the rest of Europe, delivery times may be similar or extend up to a maximum of 2 weeks from receipt of the order.

 

2. Shipping costs

At EBIKENN, we have several shipping options although we always send shipments through courier companies. To know exactly how much your shipping will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination and the amount of the purchase and the weight
Peninsula: Shipments of less than 1 kilo will be free, the rest are calculated according to weight. Up to 4 kilos €10, up to 7 kilos €15.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Amount according to weight.
Rest of Europe: Amount according to weight. Shipments of less than 1 kilo at €10, up to 4 kilos at €35, up to 7 kilos at €45.

 

3. Shipping conditions

Keep in mind that for delivery times to be met you must place the order before the cut-off time. After this cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company. Keep in mind that the cut-off time depends on the transport selected but is usually before 2:00 p.m.
Orders paid by transfer will not be effective until we receive the transfer amount in our current account. Through the rest of the payment methods, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.
Whenever you place an order at EBIKENN we will inform you by email when we have shipped it. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is any problem. That is why we ask that you provide us with a telephone number during the ordering process.

 

4. Delivery time and day

Please note that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. Furthermore, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; We only consider national and local holidays of origin.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Transport companies may make delivery throughout the agreed day before 8:00 p.m. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to comply with, but is not obligated. If they cannot locate you, the transport company will attempt a second delivery agreed upon with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must pick up the order at the transport company’s facilities.

 

5. Undelivered orders

If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and other shipping costs will have to be paid again for resending the merchandise.

 

6. Responsibility for deadlines and carrier

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send you the package, but always maintaining transit times.
EBIKENN’s liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,…). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.

 

7. Registration and your account in EBIKENN

In the purchasing process we offer you the possibility of joining EBIKENN by registering and creating an account. By registering your identification and shipping information, you can speed up the process for subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses that you can store, being able to create several, modify them, delete them or enter new ones.
