For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, delivery times are 7 to 15 days because shipments are made by sea.
In the rest of Europe, delivery times may be similar or extend up to a maximum of two weeks from receipt of the order.<\/p>\n
Peninsula: Shipments under 1 kg are free; otherwise, shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Up to 4 kg: \u20ac10; up to 7 kg: \u20ac15.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Shipping costs vary by weight.
Rest of Europe: Shipping costs vary by weight. Shipments of less than 1 kilo at \u20ac10, up to 4 kilos at \u20ac35, up to 7 kilos at \u20ac45.<\/p>\n
Orders paid by bank transfer will not be processed until we receive the transfer amount in our bank account. Through the rest of the payment methods, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If your order is urgent, we recommend against using bank transfer as your payment method.
Whenever you place an order with EBIKENN, we will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is any problem. That is why we ask that you provide us with a telephone number during the ordering process.<\/p>\n
No podemos garantizar una hora de entrega. Transport companies may make delivery throughout the agreed day before 8:00 p.m. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to comply with, but is not obligated. If they cannot locate you, the transport company will attempt a second delivery agreed upon with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must pick up the order at the transport company’s facilities.<\/p>\n
EBIKENN’s liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions that prevent normal land, sea, or air traffic, etc.). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.<\/p>\n
